May end ~ early June ~ $1300 weekly
June ~ $1600 weekly
late June ~ early August ~ $1750 weekly
mid-to-late August ~ $1250 weekly
September ~ $800 weekly
November and December ~ $500 a week or $1000 for the month
Rates include 10% occupancy tax and cleaning charge.
