House Rules, Regs and the Fine Print

What to Expect When You Arrive...
 A 3:00 p.m. check-in.
 Condo towels and sheets are provided. But you must bring your own pool and beach towels.
 Each bedroom has a king, pillowtop bed.
 Three TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living room, a VCR and DVD player.
 The living room sofa is a queen sleeper.
 An iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
 An Oreck vacuum cleaner.
 Fully stocked kitchen with All-Clad cookware, nice knives, blender, acrylic ware.
 A North Tower pool that is heated in the interim months through November.
 A Beach Club Oceanfront pool
 Indoor pool and hot tub at Lodge II
 Putting Green
 Playground at Beach Club
 Summer Kids Activities and Programming
 Volleyball Court at Beach Club
 24-Hour Security
 We provide a roll of toilet paper to start your visit. We also have trash bags, some sugar, salt and pepper, coffee filters and a few condiments may be in the refrigerator for your use. Please provide your own laundry and kitchen soaps.

The Fine Print...
1. Security Deposit. Any security deposit may be applied to actual damages caused by Tenant. Owner may deduct from the security deposit the amount of unpaid long distance or per call telephone charges. Owner shall account for or refund tenant’s security deposit within 45 days following the return of the condo keys.

2. Cancellation. In the event of a cancellation by Tenant, Tenant must contact Owner within 90 days of rental term. Owner will refund all payments made by Tenant less a $25 handling fee. If the cancellation is less than 90 days, 70% of the total rental fee will be refunded to the Tenant. If the cancellation is less than 45 days, the total rental fee is forfeited and will not be refunded to the Tenant.

3. Except in the event of mandatory evacuations, there will be no refund for inclement weather. During mandatory evacuations the pro-rata share of the rental charge will be refunded.

4. Indemnification and Hold Harmless; Right of Entry; Assignment. Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owner from and against any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by any person (including Tenant’s guests) as a result of any cause, unless caused by the negligent or willful act of the Owner. Tenant agrees that the owner or their respective representatives may enter the Premises during reasonable hours to make such repairs as owner may deem appropriate.

5. Pets are not allowed.
